Wearables Size Guide
Our Calming Compression Vest, Comfort Fleece “Calm Layer” Hoodie, and Calming Ear Wrap all use the same six-size scale below, so once you know your dog’s size here, it carries across every wearable in the PawHaus calm lineup.
How to measure
You’ll need two measurements — a soft tape measure or piece of string works fine:
- Back length: from the base of the neck (where a collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Chest girth: the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs.
If your dog measures between two sizes, size up for a looser, more relaxed fit — especially for the compression vest, which should feel snug but never tight.

A note on this chart: it's built from standard dog-apparel sizing conventions, condensed to six sizes for a simpler, faster fitting decision at checkout. Once real supplier spec sheets are in hand for the vest, hoodie, and ear wrap, these ranges should be checked against each manufacturer's actual pattern measurements and adjusted if needed.
